ATTIVITÀ DI RICERCA, INFORMAZIONE E PROMOZIONE

 

La mia attività di ricerca è centrata sullo studio dell’interazione tra l’organismo umano ed i metaboliti secondari delle piante (principalmente acidi fenolici), partendo dal presupposto che una alimentazione ricca di alimenti di origine vegetale è considerata protettiva nei riguardi di numerosi processi patologici..
